Whenever I make a pizza with sausage and peppers I always think of the Saturday Night Live skit in which the winner of the “Beatin’ of the Week” gets free sausage and peppers, courtesy of Pollianella & Sons Little Red House of  Sausage and Peppers. The skit is a little vulgar but it cracks me up!

The pizza recipe consists of mild poultry sausage, sautéed garlic, pepper and onions, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. It’s simple but delicious, and one of my all time favorites. Fuggetaboutit!
