Kale, Turnip, Garlic Scape Pizza
Ingredients
- Chopped, sauteed kale
- Minced, sauteed garlic scapes
- Sliced, roasted turnips seasoned with salt and pepper
- Mozzarella cheese
- Homemade pizza sauce
- Homemade dough
All the toppings were locally grown and organic.
You lost me at “kale”.
this is in the oven, except i didn’t have mozzarella… so i used gouda, rosemary asiago, and parmigiano reggiano! my kitchen smells amazing..
Gouda sounds delish on this pizza! How did it turn out???
