Tonight’s pizza was special for so many reasons! We had our friends Rebecca and Bryan over to share my BBQ chicken pizza, which happened to be the inaugural pizza in the new house and the first pizza off my summer list. I marinated the chicken in Wegmans brown sugar BBQ sauce and since we haven’t bought a grill yet I cooked the chicken on the George Forman grill. I sautéed red onions and garlic to top the pizza. I spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the dough, sprinkled on mozzarella cheese, then added the chicken, garlic and onions. This pizza was delicious! It was the perfect pizza to start our summer and our new home.
